job description
It's my job to develop all creative briefs from conception through to completion and I work in close liaison with our clients at every stage of a project to ensure that they are receiving the results that they require and are happy with the design process as it evolves.
I enjoy working across a wide range of disciplines and media including print, web and 3D and never tire of learning new methods and techniques. I also enjoy working closely with Gallant's preferred creative service providers such as IT specialists, printers and suppliers who all help us to achieve great work.

- My fiancé's homemade veggie bangers with sweet potato and butternut squash mash, petit pois and caramelized onion gravy, served with a large glass of Merlot. Possibly a slice of Banoffee Pie for desert.
- Homemade Pad Thai.
- Wok fried 'Chilli Cabbage' with garlic and onion.
- Really fresh Greek Salad with warm 'village' bread.
- Crinkle Cut, Oven Chip butties with Mayo (at 4am after a night out).
favourite drink
- Ice cold Fischer (French lager; not sure if it's still available) served on a hot beach.
- Lovingly made Mojitos and Dakaris served at my favourite bar; The Slip Inn, Skiathos.
- Homemade fruit smoothie.
- Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Merlot.
- Champagne (if I'm feeling flush!)
- Strong, fresh-ground coffee - splash of goat's milk.
- Good old, cold water.

- Kutsuri Beach (the best beach in the world, and I'm not telling you where it is; it's a secret!)
- The Kadampa Buddhist Temple, Manjushri Centre, Conishead Priory, Ulverston, Lake District, UK.
- Au Phra Nang Beach, Krabi, Western Thailand.
- Koh Phi Phi, Koh Phi Phi Ley (where 'The Beach' was filmed), Koh Bida Nok (world class scuba diving site).
- Banys Oriental, Barcelona.
- The coast and mountains of North Wales.
- St Ives, Cornwall (14 years ago).
- The Tate Modern.
