Samsung CRM Programme (April 2008)
After completing in-depth European research for Samsung air conditioning, Gallant have been retained to implement a UK customer relationship management programme. This programme, whilst extending Samsung’s sales channels will work in harmony with their existing sales channels.
Gallant has many years of experience in designing and implementing CRM programmes and we can design models that can be rolled out across many market sectors.
International Research Programme (2007)
In 2007 we completed a 9 month research programme across the 7 European countries that lead in air conditioning usage. Our brief was to audit the industry, examining its opportunities and its threats. Interviews were held with individuals and companies from all sections of the industry including some 600 plus installers.
Creative Interiors (Aug 2007)
With almost 40 years experience of providing clients with high quality fitted furniture, Creative Interiors recently commissioned Gallant to re-brand their business. This involved the development of a new company logo, corporate stationery, signage, vehicle livery and an ongoing, press advertising campaign throughout The Midlands.
Vent-Axia / Samsung Alliance (July 2007)
The Gallant team have been busily establishing a brand new Air Conditioning Alliance between ventilation specialists Vent-Axia and electrical giants Samsung.
We hosted the internal launch of this exciting new partnership in Milan in June followed by the official press launch at One Aldwych, London in July, accompanied by the release and distribution of our spectacular sales literature and support material.
